การพัฒนากรอบแนวคิดปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุและผลลัพธ์ของความสามารถทางนวัตกรรมของธุรกิจสตาร์ทอัพในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ

                การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนากรอบแนวคิดของปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุและผลลัพธ์ของความสามารถทางนวัตกรรมของธุรกิจสตาร์ทอัพในประเทศไทย โดยใช้การศึกษาและทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องการวิเคราะห์เอกสารและพัฒนาเป็นกรอบแนวคิด ซึ่งผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุของความสามารถทางนวัตกรรม ได้แก่ 1) นโยบายและการสนับสนุนจากรัฐบาล 2) การวิจัยและพัฒนา และ 3) ความเป็นผู้ประกอบการ ขณะที่ตัวแปรซึ่งเป็นผลลัพธ์คือ ผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจสตาร์ทอัพ  โดยผลการศึกษานี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้บริหารองค์กรที่จะได้ทราบแนวทางในการพัฒนาความสามารถทางนวัตกรรมของธุรกิจสตาร์ทอัพต่อไป
