Thailand’s Legal History, Court Systems and Justice Systems

Abstract

The study of Thailand’s legal history, court systems and justice systems will clarify background of law, court systems and justice systems. As a result, those systems can be applied correctly following principles of law which leads to benefits for society. For this reason, legal professionals should well understand legal history, sources of law, court systems and justice systems in the past because the tools of building a peacefully society is based on legal history, court and justice systems. Moreover, those relate to administration and connect to economic and society in both direct and indirect ways. However, some legal professionals do not understand principles of law. This is the reason why some legal professionals bring principles of law into practice incorrectly. Therefore, the author suggests the best way for legal professionals to a practice fairly for people in society with the highest justice levels; therefore, he or she should study legal history.
