Abstract

บทความวิจัยเรื่องนี้ เป็นการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการบังโทษ กรณีการใช้แรงงานผู้ต้องขัง เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดทฤษฎีในการบังคับโทษ ในการใช้แรงงานผู้ต้องขังและการคุ้มครองสิทธิของผู้ต้องขังในการจ้างงาน เพื่อเสนอแนวทางในการคุ้มครองการใช้แรงงานผู้ต้องขังประเทศไทยให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานสากล
