Publication Ethics of Mangrai Journal

To ensure that Mangrai San Journal maintains national and international academic standards, the editorial board has established the following ethical guidelines for editors, authors, and reviewers.
Duties of Editors
1. Editors shall consider and review all submitted manuscripts for publication in the journal, evaluating content that aligns with the journal's aims and scope, without bias regarding gender, race, religion, culture, politics, or institutional affiliation of the authors.
2. Editors must maintain confidentiality regarding submitted manuscripts and must not disclose any information about submissions to anyone other than those involved in the evaluation process.
3. Editors must make decisions about each manuscript based on fair evaluation of:

3.2 Originality
3.3 Clarity
3.4 Validity of the study
3.5 Relevance to the journal's scope
4. Editors must ensure quality in every step of the review process and complete it within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Editors must select reviewers who have appropriate expertise in the relevant field of each manuscript.
6. Editors must maintain and continuously improve the journal's standards, quality, and contemporary relevance.
Duties of Authors
1. Authors must certify that their submitted work is original and has not been published elsewhere.
2. Authors must not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously.
3. Authors must properly cite and reference all sources of data and information used in their manuscript according to academic standards.
4. Authors must prepare their manuscripts according to the journal's submission guidelines.
5. All authors listed in the manuscript must have made genuine contributions to the research.
6. Authors must disclose any funding sources and potential conflicts of interest.
7. Authors must revise their manuscripts according to reviewers' and editors' recommendations.
Duties of Reviewers
1. Reviewers must maintain confidentiality and not disclose any information about the manuscripts under review.
2. Reviewers must alert the editor if they identify any substantial similarity between the manuscript under review and other published works.
3. Reviewers must decline to review manuscripts where they have conflicts of interest with the authors.
4. Reviewers must only evaluate manuscripts within their area of expertise and provide fair and constructive feedback.
5. Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors.
6. Reviewers must immediately notify the editor if they feel unqualified to review a manuscript.
7. Reviewers must complete their reviews within the designated timeframe and promptly notify editors of any delays.
Plagiarism
1. All submitted manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism using reliable plagiarism detection software.
2. If plagiarism is detected during the review process, the manuscript will be immediately rejected.
3. If plagiarism is discovered after publication, the article will be retracted from the journal.
Publication Process
1. The journal will only publish manuscripts that have been peer-reviewed by 3 qualified experts and accepted for publication.
2. Published articles must have passed quality control by the editorial board and been revised according to reviewers' recommendations.
Data Protection
1. The editorial board will maintain the confidentiality of authors' and reviewers' personal information.
2. The editorial board will retain review records for at least three years.
Publication Frequency

Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Archiving
