บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์งบประมาณการจัดซื้อทรัพยากรสารสนเทศกับปริมาณการใช้ของห้องสร้างสรรค์เพื่อการเรียนรู้ 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความคุ้มทุนของการลงทุนในทรัพยากรสารสนเทศของห้องสร้างสรรค์เพื่อการเรียนรู้ วิทยาลัยศิลปะ สื่อ และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ การวิจัยนี้ได้ทำการศึกษาหนังสือที่อนุญาตให้ยืมออกผ่านระบบฐานข้อมูลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และบอร์ดเกม ที่ห้องสร้างสรรค์เพื่อการเรียนรู้ได้จัดซื้อในช่วงปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2562 – 2566 และเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบบันทึกข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมคำนวณสถิติโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และการวิเคราะห์ความคุ้มทุนของการใช้ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปริมาณและคุณภาพของทรัพยากรสารสนเทศตามเกณฑ์การประกันคุณภาพในด้านความทันสมัยของการจัดซื้อทรัพยากรสารสนเทศในปีงบประมาณ 2562 อยู่ในการประเมินระดับ 4 สูงกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน ปีงบประมาณ 2563 – 2566 อยู่ในการประเมินระดับ 5
สูงกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐานมาก เมื่อพิจารณางบประมาณจัดซื้อทรัพยากรสารสนเทศประเภทหนังสือ พบว่า ปี 2562 – 2566 ใช้งบประมาณทั้งสิ้น 800,149.69 บาท จัดหาหนังสือได้ทั้งหมด 562 เล่ม ราคาเฉลี่ยต่อเล่ม เป็นเงิน 1,423.75 บาท มีจำนวนการใช้ทั้งหมด 1,359 ครั้ง โดยมีอัตราการใช้ 2.42 ครั้งต่อเล่ม และคิดเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายต่อครั้ง เป็นเงิน 588.78 บาท งบประมาณการจัดซื้อบอร์ดเกม เป็นจำนวนเงินทั้งสิ้น 79,431.06 บาท จัดหาบอร์ดเกมได้ทั้งหมด 66 ชื่อเรื่อง ราคาเฉลี่ยต่อเรื่อง เป็นเงิน 1,203.50 บาท มีจำนวนการใช้ทั้งหมด 146 ครั้ง โดยมีอัตราการใช้ 2.21 ครั้งต่อชื่อเรื่อง และคิดเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายต่อครั้ง เป็นเงิน 544.05 บาท
