Abstract

            The purposes of this descriptive research were:  (1) to study on Visionary Leadership of School Administrators in Christian’s School Belonging to Church in Thailand in Chiangmai Region  2) To investigate on  Organizational climate in Christian’s School Belonging to Church in Thailand in Chiangmai Region by attitudes and behavior  3) To find on  the Relationship  between Ethical Leadership of School Administrators and Organizational Commitment in Christian’s School Belonging to Church in Thailand in Chiangmai Region. The sample comprised 299 teachers who worked at Christian’s School Belonging to Church in Thailand in Chiangmai Region. Stratified Sampling were use. The research tools comprised three sets of questionnaires, covering personnel data, Visionary Leadership of School Administrators and the organizational climate of school .They were tested for reliability and validity. The reliability of the second and the third sets were both .926 and .937respectively. The statistical devices used for data analysis were both descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation and Pearson product- moment correlation coefficient.

            The findings were as follows. (1) The Visionary Leadership of School Administrators in Christian’s School at high level ( 4.39 SD 0.53 ) (2) The Climate  commitment of teacher  at high level ( 4.39 SD 0.53 ). Finally, (3) There was statistically significant  positive correlation  at high level  ( r= .614 )  between   the Visionary  Leadership  of School Administrators in Christian’s School and organizational climate in  Christian’s School Belonging to Church in Thailand in Chiangmai region   at p < .01.
