Abstract

            The purposes of this descriptive research were:  (1) to  study  educational  administrators ‘s roles  of the inclusive school with take leader role Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4  2) to investigate the  Inclusive Administration standard  with  SEAT Framework in the inclusive school with take leader role , Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4  3) to find The relationship between educational  administrators ‘s roles  and Inclusive Administration standard  with  SEAT Framework ,the inclusive school with take leader role , Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. The sample comprised 205 teachers who worked  at. the inclusive school with take leader role , Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. Multiple Stage Random Sampling were use. The research tools comprised three sets of questionnaires, covering personnel data, educational  administrators ‘s roles  and Inclusive Administration standard  with  SEAT Framework. They were tested for reliability and validity. The reliability of the second and the third sets were both 0.98 and 0.97 . The statistical devices used for data analysis were both descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation  and Pearson product- moment correlation coefficient.


            The findings were as follows. (1) The educational  administrators ‘s roles  of the inclusive school with take leader role Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4  at high level  (2) the  Inclusive Administration standard  with  SEAT Framework ,the inclusive school with take leader role , Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4  at high level . Finally, (3) There was statistically significant  positive correlation between educational  administrators ‘s roles  and Inclusive Administration standard  with  SEAT Framework   at high level (r= 0.72)
