“สหรัฐอเมริกามาก่อน” คือ ยุทธศาสตร์หลักของนโยบายต่างประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกาในสมัยประธานาธิบดีโดนัลด์ ทรัมป์ นโยบายสหรัฐอเมริกามาก่อนมุ่งเน้นความเป็นชาตินิยมอเมริกัน ผลประโยชน์ และความมั่นคงของสหรัฐเป็นลำดับแรก ในทัศนะของผู้นำสหรัฐ “สหรัฐอเมริกามาก่อน” จึงเป็นทั้งเป้าหมายและวิถีทางเพื่อคงไว้ซึ่งอำนาจและรักษาสถานภาพ “มหาอำนาจ” ของสหรัฐอเมริกา
