บทคัดย่อ

ความเหลื่อมล้ำทางสังคมเป็นปรากฎการณ์ที่มีอยู่ในทุกสังคมในหลายกรณีความเหลื่อมล้ำทางสังคมถูกพิจารณาว่าเป็นสาเหตุที่นำไปสู่ความขัดแย้งระหว่างคนในสังคมเดียวกันทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อม บทความนี้นำเสนอผลการศึกษาปัญหาความเหลื่อมล้ำทางสังคมของชุมชนหมู่บ้านจัดสรรในเขตกรุงเทพเหนือโดยศึกษาชุมชนหมู่บ้านจัดสรร จำนวน 6 ชุมชนในเขตกรุงเทพเหนือ ผู้วิจัยได้เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มผู้นำชุมชน และองค์กรประชาชนตลอดจนศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตและจัดทำแผนพัฒนาในระดับชุมชน ผลการศึกษาเป็นการทำความเข้าใจและประเมินความเหลื่อมล้ำทางสังคมของชุมชนหมู่บ้านจัดสรรในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

Social inequality of the housing estate community in the Northern Bangkok.

Social inequality is a phenomenon that exists in all societies. In many cases, social inequality is considered as the cause of both direct and indirect conflict among people in the same society. This article presents the results of a study on social inequality of the housing estate community in Northern Bangkok with six communities as case studies. The researcher interviewed community leaders and civil organizations as well as examined the quality of life and formulated the community development plan. Research results are to understand and evaluate the social inequality of the housing estate community in Bangkok.
