ศูนย์วิทยบริการมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ จังหวัดกระบี่: ประสิทธิผลและทิศทางการพัฒนาในอนาคต

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิผลของศูนย์วิทยบริการมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ จังหวัดกระบี่ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังของชุมชนต่อศูนย์วิทยบริการ และ 3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ทิศทางการพัฒนาในอนาคตของศูนย์วิทยบริการ ผลการวิจัยจะใช้เป็นแนวทางในการบริหารและพัฒนาศูนย์วิทยบริการในปีต่อๆ ไป วิธีการวิจัยใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั้งเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณโดยผู้วิจัยเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพจากการสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึก การสังเกต การประชุมกลุ่ม การศึกษาเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพเหล่านี้ด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและรูปแบบข้อมูลตามประเด็นสำคัญต่างๆ สำหรับข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ผู้วิจัยใช้แบบสอบถามสำรวจความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม และข้าราชการระดับท้องถิ่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ชาวบ้านในจังหวัดกระบี่ ข้าราชการท้องถิ่น บุคลากรและเจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์วิทยบริการ และผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ผลการวิจัยแสดงประสิทธิผลของการดำเนินงานของศูนย์วิทยบริการด้านการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ ด้านการอนุรักษ์ศิลปวัฒนธรรม และด้านการบริหารและพัฒนา พร้อมทั้งเสนอทิศทางในการพัฒนาศูนย์วิทยบริการเพื่อจัดทำแผนดำเนินการในอนาคต

Kasetsart University Academic Service Center, Krabi: Effectiveness and Directions for Future Development

The purposes of this research are: 1) to evaluate the effectiveness of Kasetsart University’s Academic Center; 2) to examine community expectations of the Academic Center, and 3) to analyze development directions of the Academic Center in the future. The results of the study will be used as directions for management and development in upcoming years. For the methodology, this research uses both quantitative and qualitative analysis. The researchers collected qualitative data by in-depth interview, observation, focus group, and documentary research. These qualitative data were analyzed by content and pattern analysis approach based on important issues. Quantitative data were collected by questionnaires from participants in training programs and local civil servants. Samples of this research were people of Krabi, local civil servants, Krabi Academic Center staffs and Kasetsart University executives. The findings reveal the effectiveness of the Center in many areas: learning and teaching, research, academic service, preservation of arts and culture, and management and development. Eventually, this research proposes the directions for future development of the Academic Center.
