บทคัดย่อ

Factors Affecting Self-Development of Employees in Nawaplastic Industries Co., Ltd

The objectives of this research were, firstly, to compare self-development by personal characteristics; secondly, to examine the relationships between perceived selfefficacy, organizational culture and self-development of employees; and last, to study the factors affecting self-development. Questionnaires were collected from 134 employees of Nawaplastic Industries Co., Ltd. Results showed that: firstly, employees of Nawaplastic Industries Co., Ltd. with different age groups, education, work experience and salary were not found to significantly affect their self-development. Secondly, perceived self-efficacy and organizational culture were positively correlated with self-development of Nawaplastic Industries Co., Ltd.'s employees, at the 0.01 level of statistical significance. And finally, the perceived self-efficacy and organizational culture of employees at Nawaplastic Industries Co., Ltd. influenced their self-development.
