บทคัดย่อ

Leadership, Interpersonal Communication, Organizational Culture and Performance of Supervisor in True Corporation Public Company Limited

The objectives of this research were to study the level of leadership, interpersonal communication, organizational culture and performance of supervisor in True Corporation Public Company Limited. Secondly, it aimed to study the relationship between leadership, interpersonal communication, organizational culture and performance of supervisor in True Corporation Public Company Limited. And thirdly, it determined the variables that could predict the performance of supervisors in True Corporation Public Company Limited.

The samples of this research were 322 supervisors in True Corporation Public Company Limited. Data were collected by questionnaires for personal data, leadership, interpersonal communication, organizational culture and performance. Analysis of data used a statistical software involving the percentages, the mean, the standard deviation, the Pearson's product moment correlations, and the multiple regression analysis.

The results of the research are as follows. First, the levels of leadership, interpersonal communication and organizational culture were high while the level of performance of supervisor was moderate. Second, the leadership, interpersonal communication and organizational culture were positively related to performance of supervisors at the 0.01 statistical significance level. And thirdly, the multiple regression analysis indicated that leadership and interpersonal communication could predict performance of supervisors in True Corporation Public Company Limited at the 0.01 level of statistical significance.
