The ability of Individual entrepreneur to apply their knowledge for the benefits of business management can be different. The ones who lack of business management knowledge will be defeated by their rivals. Therefore, it is suggested that the entrepreneurs should have business management tool, that is the service innovation. This article aims at providing knowledge and understanding about the meaning and aspects of service innovation, customers' demands which can influence the emerging service innovation, service innovation delivery, and service innovation management. The primary contents of this article were collected from the opinions and analysis of academic and documents, inclusive of the examples of service innovation in order to reflect the better apparent service innovation aspect.
