This study aimed at prioritizing motivation factors of sales representatives in psychiatric medicine department, Thai Otsuka Pharmaceutical Company Limited by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The researcher developed two AHP models, Motivation Factors Model and Hygiene Factors Model, based upon Herzberg’s Two-Factors Theory. Data was obtained from 14 Sales Representatives in psychiatric medicine department by using AHP fundamental scale. Data analysis was done by Expert Choice® software. The findings presented that the proposed AHP models could be used to prioritize motivation factors of those staff. Hereafter were respectively shown the priority of major criteria on motivation factors: achievement, advancement, responsibility, recognition and work content. The rank orders of main criteria of hygiene factors were respectively shown as follows: salary, job security, status, interpersonal relations among supervisor and peers, working conditions, supervision and company policies.
