TRAINING PROCESS INNOVATION AFFECTING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING BUSINESS

This study aimed to investigate the relationship and the influence of training process innovation affecting the effectiveness of Multi-Level Marketing Business (MLM). The samples were 1) 623 MLM businessmen in a company that data by questionnaire were collected 2) 4 executives of highest level in the MLM that data by in-depth interview were collected 3) 4 executives of vice-highest level in the MLM that data by group interview were collected and 4) the observation of leaders who participated/attended the monthly training. The analysis result found that the innovation of exploring and analyzing the need for training, the innovation of planning and development training, the innovation of training techniques, the innovation of training processes, and the innovation of after-training assessment are correlated with organizational effectiveness significantly. But only the innovation of exploring and analyzing the need for training, the innovation of planning and development training and the innovation of training processes affected the effectiveness of the organization.
