Abstract

All organizations are subject to changes of various degrees. There are two main types of factors effecting these changes, which are called the internal and external factors. However, it is widely known that internal changes occurring in organizations significantly impact on the future strategic plan such as leadership transformation due to the reasons of resignation, accident, and retirement. Considering the fact that every organization may face these kinds of problems, they need to train their staff within the organization or look for appropriate candidates who can quickly take over as the leader of the organization when or if it needs. Thus, this article focuses relevant theories regarding leadership, leadership transformation, on how to build strong strategic development plans to fulfill the important positions in an organization through success planning management strategy and coaching strategy. The purpose of this article aims to define some trends for building up and developing appropriate leader who can deal with the unexpectedly changes and efficiently continue the work.
