Abstract

Thailand Economy’s Structural Transformation to Thailand 4.0 according to the Government policy for creating security, prosperity and sustainability is involved all parties. Educational institution is one of the major mechanism, especially university, to develop and create strength from within through teaching and learning, research and academic services. The universities need to adjust their activities and seek for the new source of funds to be ready for the changes. Therefore, organization interventions are necessary, particularly strategic development, to implement to the universities in order to transform successfully the university toward entrepreneurial university
