บทคัดย่อ

The objectives of this article were to 1) study the perceived level of creative development factors, the ability to create value from technology, profitability assessment, business capability, business adjustment, and business profits of the Thai construction industry; and 2) to study the influence of factors of innovation management in the Thai construction industry from value-base management on business performance. The sample group was by using the sample size of 200 companies in the Thai small and medium construction group in the construction business located in Bangkok and using the Structural Equation (SEM) analysis.

The results showed that the factors of creativity development had a negative influence on both the management factors for the development of creativity. Acceptance of technology. Therefore, the management of creative development is an issue that these companies need to improve by helping to develop together with the same business network to reduce costs. and promote the use of creativity in construction.
