ผลกระทบของการรับรู้คุณค่าของผู้บริโภคต่อความตั้งใจซื้อเสื้อผ้า: การเปรียบเทียบระหว่างอีคอมเมิร์ซและโซเชียลไลฟ์คอมเมิร์ซ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการซื้อเสื้อผ้าของผู้บริโภคผ่านช่องทาง อีคอมเมิร์ซและโซเชียลไลฟ์คอมเมิร์ซ (2) วัดระดับการรับรู้คุณค่าของผู้บริโภคใน 4 มิติ และระดับความตั้งใจซื้อเสื้อผ้าผ่านช่องทางอีคอมเมิร์ซและโซเชียลไลฟ์คอมเมิร์ซ (3) เปรียบเทียบอิทธิพลของการรับรู้คุณค่าในมิติต่าง ๆ ที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อเสื้อผ้าในทั้งสองช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย และเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนากลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดที่เหมาะสมสำหรับแต่ละช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้บริโภค ที่มีประสบการณ์ซื้อเสื้อผ้าผ่านช่องทางอีคอมเมิร์ซและโซเชียลไลฟ์คอมเมิร์ซ จำนวน 500 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผู้บริโภคที่ซื้อเสื้อผ้าผ่านช่องทางโซเชียลไลฟ์คอมเมิร์ซมีระยะเวลาเฉลี่ยในการตัดสินใจซื้อสั้นกว่าช่องทางอีคอมเมิร์ซ (2) ระดับการรับรู้คุณค่าของผู้บริโภคและความตั้งใจซื้อเสื้อผ้าในช่องทาง อีคอมเมิร์ซมีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมอยู่ในระดับ ค่อนข้างมาก ส่วนในช่องทางโซเชียลไลฟ์คอมเมิร์ซอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (3) การรับรู้คุณค่าด้านการใช้งานและราคามีอิทธิพลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อในช่องทางอีคอมเมิร์ซ ขณะที่การรับรู้คุณค่าด้านการใช้งานและอารมณ์มีอิทธิพลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อในช่องทางโซเชียลไลฟ์คอมเมิร์ซ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05) ดังนั้นผู้ประกอบควรให้ความสำคัญกับการสร้างคุณค่าด้านการใช้งานในทั้งสองช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย ควบคู่กับการเน้นคุณค่าด้านราคาในช่องทาง อีคอมเมิร์ซ และการสร้างคุณค่าด้านอารมณ์ในช่องทางโซเชียลไลฟ์คอมเมิร์ซ เพื่อกระตุ้นให้เกิดความตั้งใจซื้อของผู้บริโภคได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
