บทคัดย่อ

         การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่ออุปสงค์การเรียนพิเศษผ่านระบบออนไลน์ของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยพิจารณาปัจจัยด้านความพึงพอใจและอุปสรรคในการเรียน ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และปัจจัยทางเศรษฐกิจ งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงปริมาณ โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากนักเรียนจำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้แนวทางการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอนร่วมกับวิธีการคัดเลือกแบบไม่อาศัยความน่าจะเป็น (Non-probability Sampling) และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณเชิงเส้นด้วยวิธีกำลังสองน้อยที่สุด (OLS)

          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักเรียนส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนพิเศษผ่านระบบออนไลน์ในระดับสูง โดยเฉพาะด้านความสะดวกและความเหมาะสมของเนื้อหา อุปสรรคสำคัญ ได้แก่ ปัญหาสัญญาณอินเทอร์เน็ตไม่เสถียรและการขาดแรงจูงใจในการเรียน ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติกับจำนวนคอร์สเรียนพิเศษผ่านระบบออนไลน์ ได้แก่ ระดับชั้นเรียน วัตถุประสงค์ในการเรียนเพื่อเตรียมตัวล่วงหน้า ความยุ่งยากในการใช้งานของแอปพลิเคชัน ความพึงพอใจด้านเนื้อหา ค่าใช้จ่ายรวม และจำนวนชั่วโมงเรียนรวม ขณะที่แผนการเรียนไม่พบความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ นอกจากนี้ ในระดับมหภาค อัตราการว่างงานมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบกับจำนวนผู้เรียนเรียนพิเศษในภาพรวม ขณะที่งบประมาณการศึกษาก่อนระดับอุดมศึกษา และรายได้ประชาชาติต่อหัวไม่พบความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติต่อจำนวนผู้เรียนเรียนพิเศษ
