การศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจและประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน ของพนักงานบริษัทประกันชีวิตในกรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ

          การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาแนวโน้มความคิดเห็นต่อระดับความพึงพอใจและประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ที่มีต่อความพึงพอใจและประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานและเสนอแนวทางในการส่งเสริมความพึงพอใจและยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงานบริษัทประกันชีวิตในกรุงเทพมหานคร วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามผ่านในเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างพนักงานบริษัทประกันชีวิตในกรุงเทพมหานครจำนวน 405 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยต่าง ๆ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง โดยปัจจัยด้านค่าตอบแทน วัฒนธรรมองค์กร สุขภาวะทางจิตใจ และการสนับสนุนจากหัวหน้างานที่รับรู้ มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อความพึงพอใจในการทำงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยค่าตอบแทนเป็นปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลสูงที่สุด นอกจากนี้ ความพึงพอใจในการทำงานยังมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่า ในบริบทของธุรกิจประกันชีวิตซึ่งมีการแข่งขันสูงและมีแรงกดดันจากเป้าหมายยอดขาย องค์กรควรให้ความสำคัญกับการจัดระบบค่าตอบแทนที่เหมาะสมและเป็นธรรม ควบคู่กับการส่งเสริมสุขภาวะทางจิตใจของพนักงาน เพื่อช่วยลดความเครียดและแรงกดดันในการทำงาน ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การเพิ่มความพึงพอใจและยกระดับประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานอย่างยั่งยืน
