THE ROLE OF THAI PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR FOR CITY ADMINISTRATION

Abstract

In this dissertation, the researcher studies (1) the role of the Thai provincial governor for city administration (2) the problems of the role of the Thai provincial governor for city administration

          The researcher used the qualitative research methods in carrying out investigation. The key informants consisted of four Thai provincial governors, fourteen deputy Thai provincial governors,three provincial secretaries three provincial agricultures three provincial commerces three provincial developers three chief executive of the provincial administrative organization three provincial chamber of commerces three provincial industrial and ten stakeholders, total 49 key informants. Data were collected documentary research and form in – depth interview. Findings are as follows :  the Thai provincial governor for city administration as the entrepreneur role, as the strategic planner and as the facilitator which the Thai provincial governor are performed by the role, the mission and the responsibility as the administrative developer. This concept give precedence to the technique and the approach for achievement.
