THE STRUCTURAL VALIDATION OF SECONDARY SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIVE MEASUREMENT MODEL ACCORDING TO THE CONCEPT OF ORGANIZATIONAL REPUTATION

The purpose of this research was to examine the structural validity of the secondary school administrative measurement model based on the organizational reputation concept. The data were collected from 1,416 respondents who were administrators, teachers and parents of secondary schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission using 5-rating scale questionnaire with 78 question items. The questionnaire tested by 5 experts had item objective congruence (IOC) between .60 - 1.00 and reliability ( ) of .96. The data were analyzed with confirmed factor analysis. The results were that the measurement of secondary school administration according to the organizational reputation concept consisted of 8 elements, namely 1) educational output, 2) service, 3) innovation, 4) workplace, 5) governance, 6) citizenship, 7) leadership and 8) performance were consistent with empirical data: χ2 = 107.284, df = 87.0, p-value = .069; χ2 / df. = 1.233; CFI = .99; GFI = .99; AGFI =. 98; RMSEA = .013; RMR = .006; NFI = .99; IFI = .99. The standard weight of component was between .42 - .94.
