TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP OF ADMINISTRATORS AND EFFICIENCY OF SCHOOLS PROVIDING EARLY CHILDHOOD SCHOOLS

Transformational leadership of administrators is crucial for them to efficiently manage early childhood schools. Preferable characteristics of an administrator who has transformational leadership include charisma, inspiration, individualized consideration, and intellectual stimulation. When the administrator has these characteristics, the school management will be effective in 5 areas: 1) abilities to transform and develop a school, 2) abilities to solve problems in a school, 3) teacher satisfaction to teach, 4) abilities to teach students to have high academic achievement, and 5) parent participation.
