THE DESIRABLE CHARACTERISTICS OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AS VIEWED BY TEACHERS SCHOOL GROOP AMPHOE SRISAWAT 2

Abstract

          This research aims to Study the desirable characteristics of the school administrators according to the views of the teachers in the Srisawat District 2 School Group under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, District 1, academic year 2017.The sample group used for this study was the school teachers in Srisawat District 2 academic years In 2017, a total of 108 people were using questionnaires about The desirable characteristics of the school administrators according to the views of the teachers in the four areas of the Si Sawat School group were academic, personal qualifications, social aspects, administrative aspects. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. In this study, 30 non-sample teachers were tested for the alpha coefficient according to Cronbach's method. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.92. Including percentage mean.

The desirable characteristics of the school administrators according to the views of teachers in the Si Sawat District School Group 2, under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, District 1, overall had a high average level (= 4.18, SD = 0.33). When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in all aspects. The side with the highest average was academic (= 4.26), followed by personal qualifications (= 4.20), while the side with the lowest mean was social (= 4.13).
2. The comparative results showed that teachers with different genders and work experience had no different views on the desirable characteristics of the school administrators and overall.
