บทคัดย่อ

     ณ ปัจจุบัน ประเด็นโครงการอิหร่านถือเป็นที่ร้อนระอุและเป็นที่วิตกของนานาประเทศอย่างมาก แต่ทว่าในบรรดาประเทศเหล่านั้น จีนกลับมีจุดยืนที่แตกต่างออกไปโดยเห็นว่าอิหร่านมีสิทธิในการใช้พลังนิวเคลียร์เพื่อสันติ อีกทั้งยังให้ความช่วยเหลืออิหร่านในเวทีระหว่างประเทศหลายๆ ครั้ง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการงดออกเสียงการประชุม IAEA ในปี ค.ศ. 2005 หรือการลงมติเห็นชอบ UNSC ในปี ค.ศ. 2006 เพื่อที่จะไม่ให้นำไปสู่การแทรกแซงทางเศรษฐกิจต่ออิหร่านแต่บนความจริงที่ว่า จีนได้ให้ความช่วยเหลือในการเพิ่มสมรรถนะแร่ยูเรเนียม รวมไปถึงการส่งเสริมศักยภาพทางทหารตั้งแต่ปี ค.ศ. 1988 แล้ว และกระทั่งปัจจุบันจีนยังคงให้ความช่วยเหลือดังกล่าวอยู่ ฉะนั้นบทความเรื่องนี้จึงมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อวิเคราะห์ถึงความช่วยเหลือและเหตุผลของจีนในการให้ความช่วยเหลือโครงการนิวเคลียร์ของอิหร่าน

Abstract

     Nowadays, Iran has featured heavily in the news in recent years especiallyits nuclear program which many countries have concerned about.Among of them, China has stood out forIran’s rightto use nuclear energy for peacefulsince the 21^st century and also helped on the international arenafor many times, such asabstaining from votingin the IAEA board of governors in 2005 and voting in favor of sending the issue to the UNSC expressing not to lead to more sanctions against Iran in 2006. The fact is, Chinasupported Iran’s nuclear enrichment and the development of its military capacity as well since 1988. Present day, ithas stilldid. Thus, the main objective of this paper is to analyze mainlyChina’s assistance and reasons for Iran’s Nuclear Program.
