ผลการให้คำปรึกษาโปรแกรมภาษาประสาทสัมผัสต่อความสอดคล้องในการมองโลกของผู้หญิงในบ้านพักฉุกเฉิน (THE EFFECTS OF NEURO LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING ON SENSE OF COHERENCE OF WOMEN IN EMERGENCY HOUSE)

     การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาผลการให้คำปรึกษาโปรแกรมภาษาประสาทสัมผัสต่อความสอดคล้องในการมองโลกของผู้หญิงในบ้านพักฉุกเฉิน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย จำนวน 20 คน เป็นผู้หญิงที่ประสบปัญหาเดือดร้อนเฉพาะหน้า ที่มาพักอาศัยอยู่ในบ้านพักฉุกเฉินดอนเมือง กรุงเทพมหานคร มีความสมัครใจเข้าร่วมการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ใช้การสุ่มอย่างง่ายจัดกลุ่มตัวอย่างเข้ากลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ โปรแกรมการให้คำปรึกษาทฤษฎีโปรแกรมภาษาประสาทสัมผัสด้วยเทคนิคการปรับมโนภาพและแบบสอบถามความสอดคล้องในการมองโลกของแอนโทนอฟสกี้ ผู้วิจัยใช้แบบสอบถามความสอดคล้องในการมองโลกของแอนโทนอฟสกี้ทดสอบในระยะก่อนการทดลอง ระยะหลังการทดลอง และระยะติดตามผลโดยกลุ่มทดลองได้รับคำปรึกษารายบุคคลโปรแกรมการให้คำปรึกษาทฤษฎีโปรแกรมภาษาประสาทสัมผัสด้วยเทคนิคการปรับมโนภาพคนละ 1 ครั้ง ใช้เวลา 1 ชั่วโมง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนร่วมแบบวัดซ้ำ (Repeated measures Analysis of Covariance) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ไม่มีปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างวิธีการทดลองกับระยะเวลาการทดลองที่มีต่อความสอดคล้องในการมองโลก กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนความสอดคล้องในการมองโลกเพิ่มขึ้นแตกต่างจากกลุ่มควบคุมในระยะหลังการทดลองและระยะติดตามผลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และกลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนความสอดคล้องในการมองโลกระยะหลังการทดลอง และระยะติดตามผลสูงกว่าระยะก่อนการทดลอง อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

Abstract

     The purpose of this research was to study the effects of Neuro Linguistic Programming on sense of coherence of women in emergency house. The samples were drawn by a simple random sampling, 20 persons of confront problems women in Don Muang emergency house Bangkok, and willing to participate for this research. Then, a simple random assignment was using for arrange the subjects to the experimental group and the control group, with 10 members each. The instruments consist of the individual counseling program of Neuro Linguistic Programming with visual kinesthetic dissociation technique and the Antonovosky's sense of coherence questionnaire. The Antonovosky's sense of coherence questionnaire was used at the pre-test, post-test and follow up periods. The experimental group received the individual counseling program of Neuro Linguistic Programming with visual kinesthetic dissociation technique for one hour session. The data analysis was done by repeated-measures analysis of covariance. The results revealed no interaction effects between the methods and the experimental periods on a sense of coherence. The experimental group had a higher in scores of sense of coherence different from the control group at the post-test and follow up period with statistical significance at 0.05 level. The experimental group showed higher scores in sense of coherence at the post-test and follow up period than the pre-test period without statistical significance.
