บทคัดย่อ

     งานวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อค้นหาลีลาการสอนที่สอดคล้องกับลีลาการเรียนของผู้เรียนตามแนวคิดของกราชาเพื่อพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการเรียนการสอน นำไปสู่การผลิตบัณฑิตที่ดี มีคุณภาพ ได้มาตรฐาน การพัฒนาแบบสอบถามลีลาการสอนฉบับภาษาไทย ตามแนวคิดของแอนโทนี เอฟ กราชา และ ไรซ์แมน วางอยู่บนเว็บไซต์และแสดงผลลัพธ์ทันที คุณภาพของเครื่องมือค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) 0.84, ค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค 0.85 โดยกลุ่มทดสอบจำนวน 50 คน ใช้วิธีการสอบซ้ำ ระยะห่าง 1 เดือน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับได้ค่า 0.99 นำผลที่ได้มาหาความสัมพันธ์โดยวิธีวิเคราะห์ปัจจัย จากผลการตอบแบบทดสอบของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 181 คน เป็นผู้ช่วยสอนระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานพบว่า โดยภาพรวม ลีลาการสอนแบบแนะนำมี X=4.07, S.D.=0.46 สูงสุด แต่ยังมีลีลาแบบอื่นๆ แฝงอยู่ด้วย ระดับความพึงพอใจในการตอบแบบประเมินตนเองมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.59 ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.55 การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยด้านเพศไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.01 ผลการทำแบบสอบถามทำให้ผู้สอนเข้าใจตนเองและพบแนวทางการจัดกระบวนการสอนว่าควรใช้ลีลาการสอนแบบใดกับผู้เรียนที่มีลีลาการเรียนแตกต่างกัน ตามคำแนะนำในเบื้องต้น อาจปรับเปลี่ยนลีลาไปตามสภาพของกระบวนวิชาและเป้าหมายของวิชาด้วย

Abstract

     The aim of this study was to investigate the teaching styles that were coherent with styles to learning styles of learners and appropriate teaching techniques. Which cause effective education management leading to the graduation is good quality standard. The developed teaching styles questionnaires Thai language  version follow the idea of Anthony F. Grasha and Rice Man and it’s placed on the website, and show  the immediately results. Quality of tool used statistically value of IOC: 0.84, reliability coefficient alpha of Cronbach 0.85. Each Gender analysis of factors not differ significantly 0.01. The survey results allow teachers to understand themselves Found ways to teach that the process should be used with any style of teaching students with different learning style.
