Abstract

บทคัดย่อ
       การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหาร ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสภาพความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้โรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารกับสภาพความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาหนองบัวลำภู จำนวน 341 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม ตามเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถาม มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่โดยวิธีการเซฟเฟ่และวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน 

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก
2. ผลเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารตามความคิดเห็น ของครูผู้สอนที่มีประสบการณ์ต่างกัน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน
3. สภาพองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้โรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก
4. ผลเปรียบเทียบสภาพความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้โรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนที่มีประสบการณ์ต่างกัน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน
5. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารกับสภาพความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้โรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับมาก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01  Abstract

      The purposes of this research were 1) to study and compare the transformational leadership of the school administrators in accordance with the perceptions of teachers with different experiences, 2) to study and compare the state of being learning organization of primary schools as perceived by the teachers with different experiences, and 3) to study the relationship between transformational leadership and the state of being learning organization of primary schools according to the perceptions of teachers. The sample included 341 primary school teachers under the Offices Nongbualumphu Educational Service Area using cluster random sampling based on the Educational Service Area .The instrument was a set of five-rating scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's test, and Pearson's product moment correlation through the SPSS program for windows.
    
The findings of this research were as follows:
1. The transformational leadership of the school administrators as perceived by the teachers was at the high level.
2. The comparison of transformational leadership of the school administrators according the perceptions of the teachers with different experiences there was no statistically significant difference.
3. The state of being learning organization of primary school according to the perceptions of the teacher as a whole and each aspect was at the high level.
4. The comparison of the state of being learning organization in the primary schools as perceived by the teachers with different experiences there was no statistically significant difference.
5. The relationship between transformational leadership of the administrators and the state of being learning organization according to the perceptions of the teachers, it revealed that there was positive relation at the high level with the 0.01 level of significance.
