การพัฒนาระบบการจัดการความรู้สำหรับครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน (THE DEVELOPMENT OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR TEACHERS IN BASIC EDUCATION SCHOOLS)

บทคัดย่อ

     การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาแนวคิดการบริหารจัดการความรู้ หน่วยงานบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง และโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) พัฒนาระบบการจัดการความรู้บนเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อจัดการความรู้สำหรับครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 3) วิเคราะห์ประสิทธิผลของระบบการจัดการความรู้สำหรับครูในสถานศึกษาขึ้นพื้นฐานสำหรับต้นแบบ ระบบการจัดการความรู้ และการวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิผลของต้นแบบระบบการจัดการความรู้ เป็นการประเมินระบบโดยนำไปทดลองใช้กับครู ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 110 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) แนวคิดการจัดการความรู้ มีการกำหนดเป้าหมาย องค์ประกอบของการจัดการความรู้ที่ประกอบด้วย คนและหน่วยงาน กระบวนการในการจัดการความรู้ เทคโนโลยี ความรู้สำหรับครู และการพัฒนาระบบการจัดการความรู้สำหรับครู มีองค์ประกอบระบบ 6 ประการ คือ หลักการของระบบ ปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการ ผลผลิตและผลลัพธ์ ข้อมูลป้อนกลับ และข้อมูลสนับสนุน และโครงสร้างของระบบการจัดการความรู้บนเครือข่าย โดยใช้เว็บบล็อกบน URL: www.kmswu.multiply.com ประกอบด้วย 1) สาระความรู้ ตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครู ประกอบด้วยภาษาและเทศโนโลยีสำหรับครู การพัฒนาหลักสูตร การจัดการเรียนรู้ จิตวิทยาสำหรับครู การวัดและประเมินผลการศึกษา การบริหารจัดการในห้องเรียน การวิจัยทางการศึกษา นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศทางการศึกษา ความเป็นครู 2) กระบวนการในการจัดความ ประกอบด้วย การกำหนดความรู้การสร้างและแสวงหาความรู้ การจัดความรู้ให้เป็นระบบ การประมวลและกลั่นกรองความรู้ การเข้าถึงความรู้ การแบ่งปันแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ การเรียนรู้ 3) ผลงานเว็บบล็อก 4) กลุ่มติดต่อ 5) ประสิทธิผลของระบบการจัดการความรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้นโดยนำไปทดลองใช้กับครู 110 คน โดยการเรียนรู้ผ่านอินเตอร์เน็ต ที่ทุกคนสามารถจัดการความรู้ด้วยตนเอง ที่ไหน เมื่อไร และใช้เวลาในการทำกิจกรรมได้นานเท่าที่ต้องการ รวบรวมข้อมูลจากผลงาที่ครูได้ทำกิจกรรมบนเว็บบล็อก นอกจากนั้นครูได้เสนอปัญหาอุปสรรคในการจัดการความรู้และการเรียนรู้ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแสดงให้เห็นว่า ครูรับรู้จุดเด่นของการจัดการความรู้บนเครือข่าย โดยใช้เว็บบล็อกระบบการนัดการความรู้บนเครือข่าย ได้รับการยอมรับว่าเป็นฐานความรู้และศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้สำหรับครู ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา บุคลากรทางการศึกษา นิสิตศึกษาวิชาชีพครู และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Abstract

     The purposes of this research were: 1) to examine concepts of knowledge management, common unit, related people and information technological infrastructure of basic education schools; 2) to develop the knowledge management system on computer networking for managing knowledge of teachers in basic education schools; 3) to analyze the effectiveness of knowledge management system for teachers in basic education schools. The prototype of knowledge management system and the effectiveness assessments of prototype of knowledge management system were assessed by trying out with 110 teachers in basic education schools in Bangkok. The findings of this research were as follows: 1) The concepts of knowledge management had goal formulating. Knowledge management components were staff and common unit, process in knowledge management, technology and knowledge of teachers. 2) The development of knowledge management system for teachers. The structure of knowledge management system on computer networking using Web Blog on URL: www.kmswu.multiply.com was comprised of a) the contents of knowledge followed by the standards of teacher profession consisted of language and technology for teachers, curriculum development, classroom management, educational research, innovation and educational information technology, characteristics of the teacher. b) the processes of knowledge management comprised knowledge formulating, constructing and seeking information, systematic knowledge setting, conclusion and fractional knowledge, knowledge accessing, sharing and exchanging knowledge, learning c) completed task on Web Blog. d) connecting groups. 3) The effectiveness of the developed knowledge management system which was implemented with 110 teachers through the Internet that everyone could manage their own knowledge by themselves anywhere and anytime for the activities as long as needed. The data collection gained from completed tasks of teachers’ activities on Web Blog. In addition, the teachers suggested some problems and obstacles in knowledge management and learning. The data analysis showed that the teachers accepted the strengths and benefits of knowledge management on networking using Web Blog. The knowledge management system on networking was accepted as the knowledge based and learning center for teachers, school administrators, educational personnels, students teachers, and related common units.
