        ศูนย์วัฒนธรรมชาวผู้ไทมีคุณลักษณะที่สำคัญทางประวัติศาสตร์และวัฒนธรรม มีการบอกเล่าเรื่องราว ของมนุษย์ผ่านทางศิลปวัฒนธรรมอันเป็นผลเกี่ยวเนื่องกับองค์ความรู้ ประเพณีอันดีงาม และการมองเห็นคุณค่าของวัฒนธรรมภูไท คนในชุมชนมีทัศนคติที่ดีและมีส่วนร่วมในการสืบทอดวัฒนธรรมความเป็นอยู่ที่สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงสภาพชีวิตของคนในชุมชนในแต่ละยุคสมัยได้เป็นอย่างดี การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา ทัศนคติและการมีส่วนร่วมของคนในชุมชนศูนย์วัฒนธรรมชาวผู้ไทบ้านโพน อำเภอคำม่วง จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล จำนวน 100 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบโควต้า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ t-test, F-test (ANOVA) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ชาวบ้านโพน อำเภอคำม่วง จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุ 25-34 ปี สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษาประถมศึกษา อาชีพเกษตรกรรม และระยะเวลาที่อาศัยในพื้นที่ 20 ปีขึ้นไป มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับทัศนคติในการจัดการท่องเที่ยวโดยรวมและเป็นรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและวัฒนธรรม ด้านองค์กรชุมชน ด้านการจัดการ ด้านการเรียนรู้ มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการท่องเที่ยวโดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านการหาสาเหตุของปัญญา ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการดำเนินงานและปฏิบัติงาน ด้านการติดตามและประเมินผล ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการบำรุงรักษาและปรับปรุงแก้ไข ชาวบ้านโพน ที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการมีทัศนคติ ด้านทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและวัฒนธรรม ด้านองค์กรชุมชน ด้านการจัดการ ด้านการเรียนรู้แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ชาวบ้านโพน ที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการท่องเที่ยว ด้านการหาสาเหตุของปัญหา ด้านการติดตามและประเมินผล ด้านการบำรุงรักษาและปรับปรุงแก้ไขแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ศูนย์วัฒนธรรมชาวผู้ไทบ้านโพน ควรมุ่งเน้นและให้ความสำคัญในการสร้างทัศนคติและการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการแหล่งท่องเที่ยวต่อไป

Abstract

            The Phuthai Culture Center has the historical and cultural value. There are many stories human presenting through the arts and cultures influenced by knowledge, custom, and value of Phuthai culture. The local people have participated in preserving elegance culture reflecting the way of life of people in community in each generation well. So, the purpose of this research was to study the attitude and participation of the people in community at the Ban Phon Phuthai Cultural Center, Kham Muang Ditrict, Kalasin Province. The questionnaire was em[loyed to gather that data from 100 people. They were chosen via the purposive Quota sampling method. Statistics used to analyze the data were t-test, F-test, ANOVA,. The results revealed that almost of the people at Ban Phon are male and have married, have the average age between 25-44 year olds, retrieve the primary school certificate, work as farmer, and have lived in community more than 20 years. The Ban Phon people had the analytic and holistic attitude towards tourism management in the high level including natural resources and culture, community organization, management, and learning. The results also revealed that they had the analytic and holistic attitude on the participation in tourism management in the high level including finding causes of problems, planning, operation and implementation, monitoring and evaluating, and maintenance and improvement. The Ban Phon people who had the different gender, age, education, and career, had the significantly different attitude on the natural resources and culture, community organization, management, and learning at the level of .05. The Ban Phon people who had the different gender, age, education, and career, had the significantly different attitude on participation in tourism management on the causes of problems, the monitoring and evaluation, and maintenance and improvement at the level of 0.05. Finally, the Phuthai Cultural Center of Ban Phon should emphasize and pay more intention in developing a good attitude and participation in tourism management to the people in the community.
