Abstract

The Objectives of the research article were to study administration applying Seven Aparihaniyadhamma principle and New Public Management principle of local administrative organizations in Wiang Sa district, Surattani province, to compare opinions about administration applying Seven Aparihaniyadhamma principle and New Public Management principle of local administrative organizations in Wiang Sa district, Surattani province of people who have different gender, age, education level and income per month and to study problems and obstacles in administration applying Seven Aparihaniyadhamma principle and New Public Management principle of local administrative organizations in Wiang Sa district, Surattani province. This research is mixed method of quantitative and qualitative research using questionnaire and purposive selection. Data analysis is using statistical analysis for quantitative data through frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test and one-way Anova analysis.Content analysis is used for qualitative data and present the research result by descriptive analysis. The results found that, 1. The administration applying Seven Aparihaniyadhamma principle and New Public Management principle of local administrative organizations in Wiang Sa district, Surattani province in overall is in a high level. 2. The people’s opinions who have different gender, age, education level and income per month in overall opinion are significantly in statistic at 0.05. For people in different gender have overall opinions which are not significantly different in statistic at 0.05. 3. The problem and barrier of administration applying Seven Aparihaniyadhamma principle, the problems are in the promotion and preservation of good cultures including authorized protection of integrated budget from cooperation with many sectors. With the problems of budget limitation, allocation of budget to projects or promotion relation is also limited. 4. The problem and barrier of administration applying New Public Management principle of local administrative organizations, However, this did not achieve at a high level observed by people’s satisfaction and complaints. The overall of administration is in the people’s responsiveness because people did not recognize to participate in administration of local administrative organizations and this is the obstacle to them to access what are the precisely need of people.
