Integration of Administration of Sub-District Administration Organizations with Suppurisa Dhamma

Abstract
The purposes of this thesis were: 1) To study operating of Tambol administration organizations, 2) To study Sappurisa Dhamma, 3) To integrate operating of Tambol administration organization with Sappurisa Dhamma, and 4) To present a guideline and new knowledge body in operating Tambol administration organizations integrated with Sappurisa Dhamma. The research is a quality research collecting data from the Tipitaka, textbooks, documents and in-depth interview with 11 presidents of Tambol administration organizations in Chacherngsao province. The study is presented in a descriptive method. The results of the study showed that: 1. Operating of Tambol administratiion organizations are in 1) Personnel administration, 2) Educational administration, 3) Budget administration, 4) Public Health administration, and 5) Public Service administration. 2. Sappurisa Dhamma means 7 principles of Sappurisa Dhamma in the Tipitaka, i.e. knowing the law and the cause, knowing the meaning, knowing oneself, knowing how to be temperate, knowing the proper time , knowing the assembly or society, knowing the individual and different individuals. 3. Integration of Tambol Administration Organization with Sappurisa Dhamma 1) In Personnel administration; it should be integrated with knowing the law and the cause, knowing the meaning, knowing oneself and knowing the individual and different individuals in order to make the planned work run smoothly and systematically, to create a fair system, to reduce conflicts in work, excessive expenses and damages in operating. 2) In Educational administration; it should be Integrated with knowing the law and the cause, knowing the meaning, knowing oneself and knowing how to be temperate in order to make the planned work run in its tract and system, to increase efficiency in administration, and to reduce cost and damage at the same time. 3) In Budget administration; it should be Integrated with knowing the law and the cause, knowing the meaning, knowing oneself, knowing how to be temperate and knowing the assembly and the society in order to have the allocated budget spent worthily and beneficially, to create fairness, to reduce conflicts, damage and excessive expenses in operating. 4) In Public Health administration; it should be integrated with knowing the law and the cause and knowing the proper time to make advantages in physical and mental health to people, and to reduce risks of illness. 5) In Public Service administration; it should be integrated with knowing the law and the cause, knowing how to be temperate, knowing the assembly and the society and knowing the individual and different individuals in order to make the planned work run systematically and be relevant to the target. It also helps to reduce damage, time consuming, and expenses. 4. A new body of knowledge obtained from the research can be concluded in “GE” model; G= Good, E= Efficiency, The operating of Tambol administration organizations integrated with the principles of Sappurisa Dhamma will result in good, efficient, successful and sustainable outcomes.
