Guidelines for the Administration of Mahamakut Buddhist University According to the Principles of good Governance

Abstract

The objective of this research article was to propose the guidelines of administration with good governance in Mahamakut Buddhist University by conducting in four steps: document analysis, study of the actual administrative practice of Mahamakut Buddhist University, formulation of administrative guidelines and an application of assessment in suitability and satisfaction. The research tools were questionnaires, frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. For the guahtative data analyzing the documentary data, the results were found that the guidelines of administration were to appoint the personnel in accordance with the principles of participation, worthies budget management, issuance of rules of law, exaction with the principle of accountability, evaluation with the principle of decency and all the activities must be transparent in an application of university administration
