Implementation of Rules of a Good Man’s Qualities (Sappurisadhamma) in Buddhism for Community Developments : A Case Study of Tambon Administration Organizations in Roi Et Province

Abstract

The purpose of this research article was to implement the rule of a good men’s qualities in the community development in order analyse the relationship of the personal factors, to study the suggestions and ways to implement the rule of good man’s qualities to support the community development in the tambon administi organization. The questionnaires were used to collect data from the administrators and members of the tambon administrative organization using 247 samples of respondents. The collected data were analysed to find the statistical value, namly, frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation and Chi-square test The research results were found that 1) The personnels of the organization had collectively applied the rule of good man’s qualities in the community development in the good level. 2) The results of hyphoten’s test were found that sex, age, education, marriage status and work experience had not affected to an application of the rule of good man’s qualities, and 3) The personnels of the organization had suggested that we should support the community to be in unity, helpful and giving helping hand to each other and to give a good chance to the community to participate in the community development.
