A Model in Risk Management of Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, General Education Division

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: (1) to study the administration conditions of Phrapariyattidhamma schools, general education division, (2) to develop the risk management model of Phrapariyattidhamma schools, general education division, and (3) to propose the risk management model of Phrapariyattidhamma schools, general education division. The quantitative and qualitative research methods were used in the study. The results of this research were as follows: 1. The general results of management in Phrapariyattidhamma schools, general education division, were at the high level. In details, the most problems were found in management, followed by in man, money and material respectively. 2. The development of the risk management of Phrapariyattidhamma schools, general education division, in a scope of COSO Model consisted of four elements; policy, objective, board and process, and six stages; risk identity, risk assessment, risk response, risk control activity, information and communication, and monitor and evaluation. 3. The proposed model of risk management of Phrapariyattidhamma schools, general education division, was based on System Theory with clarified target in: 1) Man, 2) Money, 3) Management, and 4) Material
