THE ROLES OF MEMBERS IN NON SA-ARD SUB-DISTRICT MUNICIPAL COUNCIL ON CREATION OF THE STRENGTH IN LOCAL COMMUNITY OF SRIBOONRUANG DISTRICT

Abstract

The objectives of this research were (1) to study the role of members ni Non Sa-ard Sub-District municipal Council on creation of the strength in local community 2) to study the relationship between the roles of members in Non Sa-ard Sub-District municipal Council on creation of the strength in local community and the result of local community and 3) to analyze the problems and obstacles of members in Non Sa-ard Sub-District municipal Council on creation of the strength in local community. The samples using for interview were 10persons from the members of Non Sa-ard Subdistrict municipal Council and the sample for repining the questionnaires were 367 persons from the people with the right of selection in the area of Non Sa-ard Sub-District municipality. The instruments using for data collection were questionnaires. The results of findings were follows: The role of members in Non Sa-ard Sub-District municipal Council on promotion of the strength for community were in medium level. For the aspects of promotion and preservation of culture and local tradition were in high level, the aspects of promotion and support on groups setting, organization and local area network were in medium level, The results of hypothesis testing were founded that the relationship between the roles of members in Non Sa-ard Sub- District municipal Council on creation the strength of community and the results of creation the strength for community in the area of Non Sa-ard Sub- District municipality were statistical significance for .05 level. Bus, the results of interview the members of Non Sa-ard Sub- District municipal Council were founded that some people were not participated on doing activities from the restriction of budget, the local area network was not on the strength and the current problems on politics from the current of travel in Non Sa-ard Sub-District municipality causing the change of folk way and culture of living for people.
