A STUDY OF SUCCESS FACTORS ON POSTGRADUAT EDUCATIONMANAGEMENT IN MAHAMAKUT BUDDHIST UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The objective of this research were as Follow : 1) to study successful factors on post graduate education of Mahamakut Buddist University. The opinions by master of education graduates. 2) to study successful factors on post graduate. education of Mahamakut Buddist University. The opinions by doctor of education graduates. The variables consisted of the master of educational graduates and the doctor of educational graduates, competency of graduate themselves, university context, advisors, research and Buddhist principle. The samples used in the study were 78 master of educational graduates and the doctor of educational graduates. The data were collected through rating scale questionnaires and open ended questions. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation and frequency. The results of the study found that. The opinions toward the successful factors on graduate education of Mahamakut Buddhist University in 5 aspects by master education graduates were at the high level overall and in each aspect, the opinions towards the graduate factors was at the very hight level, the context of university and the research were at high and the lowest level was advisors. The opinions toward the successful factors by doctor education of graduate of MahamakutBuddist University in 5 aspects were at hight level over all. And in each aspect, Principles of Buddhism was at very high level, the competeney of graduate themselves advicer were at high and the lowest level was advisors.
