ADMINISTRATION TO THE EXCELLENCE OF THE PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICES

Abstract

This research article had the objectives as follows: 1) identify the components of Excellent Administration of the Primary Educational Service Area Offices 2) verify the components of Excellent Administration of the Primary Educational Service Area Offices. The samples were taken from 127 of the Primary Educational Service Area Office. The respondents 254 totally. The research instruments used were semi-unstructured interview, opinionnaire. The statistical used for data for analyzing were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Exploratory factor analysis and content analysis. The research findings were as follow: 1. The components of Excellent Administration of the Primary Educational Service Area Offices include 7 components were 1) Transformational leadership 2) Continuous human resource management development 3) Organizational culture 4) Quality administration 5) Focusing on the stakeholders 6) Participate management and 7) Organization structure. 2. The experts confirmed that the components they were accuracy, propriety, feasibility and utility. With an average in the overall were accuracy 96.94, propriety 98.33, feasibility 96.39 and utility 99.72.
