DEVELOPMENT OF MANAGEMENT INFORMATION FOR AND EDUCATIONAL INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE IN CURRICULUM LEVEL

Abstract

     Objectives of the research were 1. to study the problems of information systems for managing quality assurance of internal education at the curriculum level 2. to develop an information system for managing quality assurance of internal education at the curriculum level 3. to study the satisfaction towards Develop information systems for internal education quality assurance management. course level The population is 65 curriculum committees, 3 curriculum screening committees, 6 staff members of the Faculty of Science and Technology Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under royal patronage. The sample consisted of 20 people using a specific method. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used were percentage, mean and standard deviation.

     The research findings on the issues revealed that: 1. The storage system is inefficient. 2. Most of the data is stored in paper form. 3. The preparation of basic data is delayed. 4. Data preparation must be gathered from multiple sources. 5. Information in the database of the university is not complete. The results of the development of management information systems have been developed as follows: Access, Storage, Retrieval, reporting, and security. The satisfaction assessment results were found to be at a high level as shown in the following order:  operating accuracy was averaged 4.49, followed by ease of use with an average of 4.43, security at an average of 4.42, speed of operation at an average of 4.19, and system operability average 4.04
