THE NEEDS ASSESSMENT OF COOPERATIVE NETWORKING OPERATIONS FOR STUDENT BEHAVIOR PROMOTION UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE BASIC EDUCATION COMMISSION

Abstract

     The objective of this research was to analyze needs assessment of cooperative networking operations for student behavior promotion under the office of the basic education commission. The sample group consisted of 379 Competent officials promote conduct of students in educational institutions under the office of the basic education commission. The sample size was determined by using Krejcie & Morgan’s tables and multi-stage random sampling. The instrument used in this research was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with the reliability of 0.89. The statistics used in the analysis were mean, standard deviation and Modified Priority Needs Index: PNImodified.

     The research findings was as follows: needs assessment of cooperative networking operations for student behavior promotion under the office of the basic education commission found that; the highest need for cooperative network management for student behavior was participation with all network partners, management, promotion develop and solve student problems, the prevention, surveillance and protection of students, and human resource development and the competent officials promote student conduct respectively.
