THE ENHANCEMENT OF TEACHER CHARACTERISTICS OF THE STUDENT OF THE ELEMENTARY EDUCATION, BANSOMDEJCHAOPRAYA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

Abstract

          The purpose of the study were 1.to acquire the factors to enhancement teacher’s characteristics of the student of the elementary of the Faculty of education, Bansomdetchaopraya Rajabhat University. 2.to acquire the approach to enhancement teacher’s characteristics of the student of the elementary of the Faculty of education, Bansomdetchaopraya Rajabhat University. The 118 samples of this study are selected from 1-5 of the students of the elementary of the Faculty of education. The research instrument of the semi-structured interview form and questionnaire. The data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic, standard deviation and exploratory factory analysis (EFA) and content analysis. The results of the research were finding:

          1.The factors to enhancement teacher’s characteristics of the student of the elementary of the faculty of education, Bansomdetchaopraya Rajabhat University consisted of five factors as follows 1) Competency in teaching profession 2.Fair in teaching profession 3.Roles of teacher 4.Ethics of teaching profession and 5.Moral and ethics in teaching profession with a Chi-Square value of 48115.94 The df value was 8416

           2.The approach to enhancement teacher’s characteristics of the student of the elementary of the Faculty of education, Bansomdetchaopraya Rajabhat University. Guidelines for enhancing the characteristics of a teacher of students in the field of primary education, Faculty of Education, Bansomdetchaopraya Rajabhat University There are guidelines for enhancing such as organizing teaching activities using a variety of techniques, organize a student-centered teaching and learning process taking into account individual differences, encouraging learners to have knowledge and understanding in both Thai and foreign languages as well. as well as being able to use in real life appropriately.
