NEW LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN THE COVID-19 SITUATION

Abstract
This academic article aims to analyze the new leadership of the school administrators during the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) situation, which is an epidemic situation that occurred at the end of 2019 and spread heavily in 2020-2021 and continues to spread until now. The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) situation is an unprecedented epidemic situation. But when it does occur, it will spread rapidly and unpredictably. The virus has a mutation and the symptoms that occur with infected people are unclear. The situation of corona virus infection has caused changes in many aspects, economic, social, including the management of educational institutions which requires educational institution administrators who have leadership that is suitable for the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) situation.
The results of the analysis revealed that the new leadership style of school administrators during the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) situation is a new leadership style of school administrators who are faced with unpredictable situations (Volatility). certain Uncertainty, high complexity (Complexity) and not clear enough (Ambiguity), which can be divided into 3 types: 1. Scenario Leadership 2. Agile Leadership and 3. LNL Leadership
