Management of Basic Subjects of Phrapariyattidhamma Dhamma Section in Kosamphi Nakorn District, Kampaeng Phet Province Management of Basic Subjects of Phrapariyattidhamma Dhamma Section

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to: 1) To study the learning management process of Phrapariyatidhamma Dhamma Section, Kosamphi Nakhon District, Kamphaeng Phet Province; 2) To develop the learning management of the basic subjects of Phrapariyatidhamma Dhamma Section, Kosamphi Nakhon District; and 3) to propose an integrated Dhamma learning management model with the basic subjects of Phrapariyatidhamma Dhamma Section, Kosamphi Nakhon District. Kamphaeng Phet Province. The study employed a qualitative research method, with documents and in-depth interviews with 26 key informants and to were analyzed by descriptive content analysis.

         The results revealed that:

1) According to the findings of the study, the learning management process of Phrapariyatidhamma Dhamma Section has five steps: 1) public relations; 2) the ordination; 3) Learning management planning; 4) orientation; and 5) preparation before Dhamma Examination.

2) The development of basic subject learning has five important factors for the development of learning management, namely: 1) development of learning resources; 2) to appropriate curriculum development; 3) to apply IT to help learn; 4) learning online; and 5) measurement and evaluation can able to think and analyze.

3)Integrated Dhamma learning management with basic subjects can be classified into 3 forms as follows: 1) Learning management model as normal system are general and  block courses curriculum; 2) Learning management model as non-formal education and informal education (NFE); and 3) Learning Management Model with Experiential-Based Basic Courses.
