Transformational Leadership of 21st Century of School Administrators in Chonglom Suksan School Group under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the transformational leadership of 21st century of school administrators and to study the transformational leadership of 21st century development guidelines of school administrators in Chonglom Suksan School Group under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research population was 92 school administrators and teachers from 8 schools. The research tools were a questionnaire/ structured interview, and the data was analyzed by determining the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The results showed that :
1) The overall of the transformational leadership of 21st century of school administrators was at a high level, when considered on a side-by-side basis, in descending order of averages, the aspects were found to be at the same average in two areas: inspirational and leadership with a clear vision, followed by analytical thinking, creativity, and ideological influence, respectively.
2)The guidelines of the transformational leadership of 21st century of school administrators found that in each area, there were development guidelines as follows: In terms of Ideological influence, The development guidelines were that the administrators, teachers, and personnel should be trained and developed to have knowledge on the use of AI as a tool for the development of administrative work and performance. In terms of inspiration, the development guidelines were that administrators provide welfare, help and encourage teachers and personnel. In terms
of creative and analytical thinking, the development guidelines were that personnel have a development approach that administrators develop themselves to be creative, have analytical thinking and being an academic leader. In terms of leaders with a clear vision, the development guidelines were that administrators use the principles of participatory management, using SWOT methods to analyzes the school to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and obstacles and define the vision of the school.
