Academic administration of educational institutions in the 21st century, Phutthamonthon Group Under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2

Abstract

This research aims to 1) study the academic administration in the 21st century of the Phutthamonthon group of educational institutions under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Nakhon Pathom, and 2) study the development guidelines for academic administration in the 21st century of the Phutthamonthon group of educational institutions under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Nakhon Pathom. The research design is a mixed-method research. The population used in this study is 156 administrators and teachers in educational institutions under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Nakhon Pathom, for the academic year 2023, and 5 qualified persons for interviews by purposive selection. The research instruments are questionnaires with a reliability of 0.70 and interview forms. The statistics used for data analysis are mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.

The research results found that:

          1)Academic administration of educational institutions in the 21st century of the Phutthamonthon group of educational institutions under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Nakhon Pathom, is at a high level overall.

          2)The development guidelines for academic administration of educational institutions in the 21st century of the Phutthamonthon group of educational institutions under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Nakhon Pathom, focuses on promoting and developing educational supervision, with educational institutions supporting the establishment of committees and issuing clear orders. To ensure that the supervision has the same direction and standard, with documents that are clear indicators of the operational guidelines.
