Abstract

Human resource management in the 21^st century sees employees in the organization as an important mechanism to drive the organization towards success. Therefore, enhancing the working environment and creating motivation to work is importance, as it affects work behavior and overall performance. And when studying in the context of the AOT Aviation Security Company Limited (AOTAVSEC), which is an organization that provides airport security services with highly specialized work at airports under the responsibility of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT). Personnels must have specific personal attributes that are appropriate for the job. Thus, an interesting issue arises as how the relationship between quality of working life and work motivation of personnel in AOTAVSEC affects work behavior and the improvement of performance’s outcome, which can be used as a guideline for the development of human resource management in the future.
