Digital Transformation That Affects The Company's Business Sustainability Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited

Abstract

Digital transformation is one of the challenges that plays a major role in the current world. The rapid development of digital technology has led to the rise of digital technologies that can replace human work. To be prepared to cope with change and manage organizations effectively, Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) has specified business sustainability in its goals and integrated the concept into its plans at all levels. AOT's efforts are aimed at harnessing digital technology to streamline processes, facilitate convenience, increase efficiency, reduce process, minimize errors, optimize resource utilization, cut costs, and reduce operational time. We can also access important and necessary information anywhere, anytime, through smart mobility. Moreover, it is important to consider the acceptance of digital technology among organizational personnel. Most importantly, it must be supported by senior management to enable AOT to become a digital organization that grows sustainably. This article aims to present methods for coping with and responding to AOT's business sustainability goals in the face of digital transformation. These methods can be used as a guideline for developing organizational management in the future.
