Abstract

This research aim to study 1) the body of knowledge and the model of evaluating learning according to actual conditions. 2) to study the efficiency and effectiveness of the real-world learning assessment. 3) to develop a model for evaluating learning according to the actual conditions of the faculty of social sciences. department of governance on yasothon Buddhist collage. and 4) to apply the learning assessment model according to the actual conditions of the faculty of social sciences. department of governance to apply in the teaching and learning management of the university. this research used a total sample of 131 people. The results of the knowledge study and the model for evaluating the actual learning and the body of knowledge and the model for evaluating the actual learning were found that a model for evaluating real-world learning outcomes is appropriate at the highest level when considering each step of the model, it was found that the most appropriate step was to define methods and criteria for learning evaluation. Implementation of learning activities and evaluating the performance of the workload according to real conditions, study of the course and set the goals that students want to achieve, determining the characteristics of teaching and learning activities that promote real-world learning, assignment of learning tasks according to actual conditions, and summarizing the students' academic achievement, skills, processes and interests, respectively.

studied the efficiency and effectiveness of the evaluation of learning according to the actual conditions. the results of the research found that The efficiency of the actual learning assessment in terms of learning achievement was 84.67/85.50, which was higher than the set criteria (80/80), which was (1) The student's pre-learning achievement in Political Science was lower than the minimum criteria. with an average of 6.65 and after studying at a very good level with an average of 17.10 (2) Political science process skills The students who were taught using the actual assessment model showed a statistically significant difference in political science process skills at the .05 level. By the third assessment, the students had political process skills. better than the 1st and 2nd time. The 2nd time and the 1st time were not different. (3) interest in studying political science The pre-student's interest in studying political science was at a moderate level, with an average (μ) of 81.72, and after school was at a high level. The mean (μ) was 109.70, respectively. The students' interest in studying Political Science was significantly higher than before at the .01 level. The results of the assessment of individual learning behavior in all 3 classes showed that the students' learning behaviors were at a good level. with a mean between (μ) 12.85–13.92. The researcher then compared the mean (μ) for all 3 sessions. The individual learning behaviors of the students for all 3 sessions were significantly different at the .05 level.
