การสร้างความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขันของผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ในประเทศไทย ผ่านสมรรถนะการบริการโลจิสติกส์ การจัดการคุณภาพโดยรวม และนวัตกรรม

บทคัดย่อ
ธุรกิจผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ในปัจจุบัน ได้รับความนิยมมากขึ้นกว่าในอดีตที่ผ่านมา เนื่องจากธุรกิจต่างๆ นิยมว่าจ้างบุคคลภายนอก (Outsource) ที่มีความชำนาญมาดำเนินงานโลจิสติกส์ของตนเอง ซึ่งจะช่วยให้เกิดบริหารต้นทุน และการบริการลูกค้ามีที่ประสิทธิภาพสูงขึ้น ดังนั้นความสามารถของผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ จึงเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจในวงกว้าง การวิจัยในครั้งนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่ออธิบายความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยด้านการจัดการคุณภาพโดยรวม นวัตกรรม สมรรถนะการบริการโลจิสติกส์ ความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขัน และผลการดำเนินงานองค์การของผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ในประเทศไทย โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์จำนวน 399 บริษัท พบว่า แบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้างมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยพิจารณาจากค่าดัชนี χ2/df = 3.79, IFI = 0.90, CFI = 0.90, GFI = 0.80, RMSEA = 0.08 โดยสามารถอธิบายความสัมพันธ์ได้ว่า การจัดการคุณภาพโดยรวมมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อนวัตกรรม สมรรถนะการบริการโลจิสติกส์ และความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขัน อีกทั้งยังมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อผลการดำเนินงานองค์การของผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ ผ่านสมรรถนะการบริการโลจิสติกส์อีกด้วย นอกจากนี้นวัตกรรมยังมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขัน อีกทั้งสมรรถนะการบริการโลจิสติกส์ยังมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อผลการดำเนินงานองค์การ ดังนั้นผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ สามารถนำแนวคิดการจัดการคุณภาพโดยรวมมาประยุกต์ใช้ในองค์การของตนเองได้ เพื่อให้เกิดนวัตกรรมการบริการ สมรรถนะการบริการโลจิสติกส์ และความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขันที่ดีขึ้น อันจะนำไปสู่การส่งมอบบริการที่ดีแก่ผู้ว่าจ้าง และช่วยสร้างความมั่นคงในการดำเนินธุรกิจของตนเองอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป
